Mario Tennis Aces also stacks up favorably to a couple of other entries in the series. New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis on Wii sold 57,000 units in its first week before going on to move 247,000 copies in total. The last title, Mario Tennis Aces, sold just 58,000 units in its first week and 156,000 copies in total.
Minecraft has been out on the eShop for some time, but with its new version, Nintendo has released a boxed copy. Dengeki reports a sell through rate of 45% with over 60,000 copies sold in its first week. That’s better than the Wii U version which sold 24,000 copies in its first week and 350,000 units in total.
