Minecraft Legends development ending

Minecraft Legends‘ development is coming to an end, Mojang Studios has announced.

Snow vs Snouts is the final Lost Legend for the game. It includes a new combat style in which players look to destroy piglin bases from afar, using an enhanced version of the powerful redstone launcher. The launcher in this Lost Legend offers a faster cooldown and (de)construction rate for more mobility and greater attack power, along with its own knockback effect.

Now that Snow vs Snout has been released, Mojang Studios and Blackbird Interactive are largely done with the game. There won’t be any new content – updates, Lost Legends, or Marketplace DLC. As a final bonus, players can get their hands on a Bright-Eyed Hero skin viat he Minecraft Legends Marketplace.

The Lost Legends challenges will continues to be available for free. Mojang Studios also said it will”continue to offer technical support to players, and we won’t be removing any functionalities or features from the game. PvP and co-op will also remain fully functional, so you can continue playing whether you prefer to take on the piglins by yourself or battle alongside (or against) friends.”
