Nintendo Osaka store to open in late 2022

Nintendo Osaka will open as a new store in Japan, Nintendo has announced. It will be hosed at Daimaru Umeda starting at the end of 2022. More information will be shared in the future.
The company’s only store in the United States, Nintendo NY, opened in 2005. It actually began as The Pokemon Center in 2001 before it was remodeled into a proper Nintendo store and was known as Nintendo World. It was later renamed Nintendo New York in 2016.
Nintendo Osaka follows Nintendo Tokyo, which opened a couple of years ago in Japan. Both will ultimately house all sorts of products and merchandise, including consoles, games add-ons, and more. These stores also house different experiences and activities for fans.
Nintendo hasn’t said much else about its upcoming Osaka store, but it should be very similar to its Tokyo location. We’ll keep you updated on any news that’s shared going forward.
