This information comes from XSEED’s Twitter

“Hint #3: Early birds will get the worm first…if you have a subscription to Nintendo Power, that is.”

I think it’s pretty clear that XSEED’s announcement will be for the Wii or DS now! I’m very interested to see what the company will be localizing.

Thanks to Robert for the tip!

Nearing the end of April, we begin Golden Week celebrations in Japan with Showa Day. Sparking the beginning of this week-long celebration, this holiday highlights the strong historic character Emperor Showa. In Arc Rise Fantasia, players are introduced to characters of strong moral fiber and heroic nature as well. These characters lead players to epic battlefields and draw them into a deep story that achieves a perfect balance of humor, emotion and action.

Arc Rise Fantasia’s cast of unique characters is led by L’Arc, a mercenary of the Meridian Empire. As L’Arc gallantly battles dragons with fellow soldiers, he finds himself rescued by Ryfia, a Diva from the TurmelianRepublic, which is at war with the Meridian Empire, and together they embark on a perilous journey. However apprehensive L’Arc may be about his pre-destined path, his companions Prince Alf and fellow mercenary Niko, help him find his way. On their journey, our heroes face a number of unlikely friends and foes. Tensions mount as L’Arc’s childhood friend Adele becomes jealous of his bond with Ryfia. Leslie, a flirtatious yet powerful acquaintance, appears to have her own agenda while Serge, a bandit, unexpectedly helps the team narrowly escape from the small but deadly, mysterious assassin sisters, Luna and Paula. Although L’Arc and his friends encounter many dangers throughout their mission, L’Arc is still often caught off guard by unexpected enemies and surprising circumstances.

Just so you guys know, this is the only news I’ll be posting about the game until we find out if this game is coming to any Nintendo platforms.

Give your brain a workout with 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection on DSiWare!

Kraków, April 30th 2010

Teyon, a Polish video games developer and publisher, revealed today their latest logic game 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection that is going to appear on DSiWare™ on Monday May 3rd 2010.

Give your brain a workout with 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection, the deceptively simple jewel logic game! It’s easy to learn but hard to master. Your task is to push the crystals forward to their target destinations, one at a time. Sounds simple, but be careful! You can push your jewel into an impossible locked position if you don’t plan ahead. As the mazes get harder and the crystals pile up, you’ll need clever thinking to clear the labyrinth. With over 1000 jewel-filled puzzles, this fun collection will challenge your mind and push your brain skills to the limit.

Note: You can also watch this footage on the official Japanese website, but we’ve combined the footage into one video.
