Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon boot up faster on New 3DS systems compared to original 3DS and 2DS models. But how do they compare during actual gameplay?
In Nintendo Life’s new video, we’re able to see that the New 3DS has just a slight edge when it comes to loading areas. The newer portable also seems to have a bit of an advantage when multiple Pokemon are involved with a battle – specifically Battle Royal. There aren’t major differences and the average player probably wouldn’t be able to detect them, though it’s worth pointing out in any case.

Yasuhiro Wada is the creator of Harvest Moon (Bokuj? Monogatari / Story of Seasons, separate from Natsume’s recent games), and worked on the series for nearly twenty games. Now though, he’s at his own company Toybox and is working on other projects.
GameSpot spoke with Wada recently, and asked if he’s yearning to return to the series in any way. Simply put: he’s not. While Wada is “curious as to how it’s going to do from here on out”, he doesn’t “feel the need to get involved with the series anymore.”
Wada’s words in full:
“Not. At. All. [Laughs] I see Harvest Moon more as my child now; it’s all grown up. It’s married, it started a family, and it’s doing its own thing now. I’m curious as to how it’s going to do from here on out, but I don’t feel the need to get involved with the series anymore.”

The Pokemon Company and Niantic have now officially announced that Ditto can be caught in Pokemon GO. Along with the news, a brief promo has been shared – see it below.
We have a ways to go until The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is ready to launch, but it’s already been rated in Australia. The listing just went live today.
Zelda: Breath of the Wild is rated “M” similar to some of the more recent entries in the series. Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess were both given the same classification.
The North American New 3DS Virtual Console is being updated tomorrow with a new game. Capcom intends to release Breath of Fire II.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask will arrive on the North American Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow, Nintendo’s website confirms. The game will cost $9.99.

Rumors about Switch featuring motion controls have been swirling even before Nintendo properly announced the system last month. Now a comment made by GameStop CEO Paul Raines further suggests that the functionality will be included.
Speaking during GameStop’s financial call yesterday about how Switch could expand the gaming audience like Wii, Raines said: “A movement-related game is more fun for kids, you know, taking those accessories off – [the detachable Joy-Con pads] – you can really do a lot of interesting things with that in gameplay.”
Again, talk about motion controls – in one form or another – isn’t entirely new in terms of what we’ve been hearing from the rumor mill. It is interesting though that Raines is further hinting at it being included.
