Pokemon Scarlet and Violet hosting Shiny Lucario distribution

For a limited time, in celebration of the upcoming Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet DLC, players can get their hands on a Shiny Lucario as part of a new distribution. The DLC launches December 14 and you can check out a new trailer that just came online today here.
Lucario will already be at level 75. It knows the moves Flash Cannon, Aura Sphere, Bullet Punch, Ice Punch. Its Tera Type is Steel, comes with the Ability Inner Focus, and is with the Cherish Ball.
Follow the steps below to claim the new distribution:
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Shiny Lucario distribution steps
1. Launch Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet
2. Select the Poke Portal on the X menu
3. Select the Mystery Gift option
4. Select Get with Code/Password to connect to the internet
5. Enter your password (SH1NYBUDDY)
6. Watch as the gift arrives in your game
7. Be sure to save your game
Note that you’ll need to redeem the code by January 3. Once that date passes, Shiny Lucario will no longer be available.
We’ll also mention that players will be able to claim a Master Ball by selecting Get via Internet from the Mystery Gift menu. This will be available between December 14 and January 3.
