Rumor: It Takes Two bound for Switch
It Takes Two, one of the most acclaimed games of 2021, is rumored to making the jump to Switch.
A couple of people have come forward suggesting that a port will soon be announced. Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb, who already made the news this week after claiming that a Nintendo Direct will happen this month with Zelda news, says that It Takes Two will be shown off during the upcoming presentation.
Grubb mentioned during The Nintendo Shack podcast:
“It Takes Two will be coming to the Switch. That’s the one of the games I’ve heard, yes, will be in the Direct. There should be a lot in there, it should be pretty big, it should be much bigger than the series of stuff they did throughout the summer when they didn’t have a real general Direct, so it’s exciting.”
Grubb also referenced well-known leaker The Snitch – who has a strong track record – who hinted at It Takes Two for Switch yesterday in his Discord channel.
It Takes Two was published by EA and developed by Hazelight Studios. The game, which is co-op only, is an action adventure title with some bits of platforming. Players take on the roles of Cody and May, a clashing couple that gets turned into dolls by a magic spell.
