The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending May 24, 2025 is now available.

It’s another fairly quiet week as the countdown to Nintendo Switch continues. This time around, it’s EA Sports FC 25 coming in first overall. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe remains at the top for Nintendo Switch exclusives, holding on to the tenth position.

The latest Nintendo Switch eShop charts for the week of May 24, 2025 are now available.

Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is off to a fantastic start, landing at #1. That’s actually for the Digital Deluxe Edition, which is somewhat surprising. The regular version is also doing very well on its own, coming in at #3.-

We’ll also mention a few things about other recent releases. Capcom Fighting Collection 2, which just launched a few days ago, comes in at #11. On the download-only part of the charts, we also see Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Battle Destiny Remastered and Monster Train 2.

New data from Circana gives us a look at the best-selling games of April 2025 specifically on Nintendo Switch.

There’s one new game this time around, which is The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy at #5. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the overall top seller, moving up from second previously. Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, which was #1 last month, falls off the list.

Minecraft

Circana has released a listing of the top ten best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of April 2025.

If you’re a Nintendo fan, there isn’t too much to discuss this month. Minecraft, which was already successful and has only gained popularity due to the recent movie, charts the highest at #4. There are actually no Nintendo Switch exclusives this month – including Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending May 17, 2025 is now available.

There’s not too much excitement here if you’re a Nintendo fan as most are holding out for Switch 2, which is coming in just a couple of weeks. EA Sports FC 25 charts the highest at #3. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe slips a few spots, but is still in the top ten.

Minecraft

In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for April 2025.

Similar to last month, it’s Minecraft at the top. Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition did make the top 15 last month, but has now fallen. A game that we didn’t see previously is Croc Legend of the Gobbos, which squeaks into the top ten.
