Xenoblade Chronicles 3 shares “Chain Attack” track
Nintendo has decide to share yet another music track for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 ahead of its release next week. This week’s shared track is “Chain Attack”, a new track that you’ll hear whenever a Chain Attack is triggered in-game.
While this new Chain Attack theme does replace the current battle theme for the duration of the Chain Attack, the ordinary battle theme will return once the Chain Attack concludes. This way, the battle theme won’t be completely interrupted the same way it might have been when a Vision occurred in Xenoblade Chronicles 1, for those familiar with that game’s battle system.
You can listen to the song clip below:
You’ll hear this energetic song in #XenobladeChronicles3 when triggering a Chain Attack. Take turns dishing out different attacks and devastating specials. Your enemies won’t know what hit ‘em! pic.twitter.com/5iTL2M1diT

This is just one of several songs Nintendo has shared for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in the last several weeks. If you’d like to hear those other clips, they were “A Life Sent On“, “The Weight of Life“, “Keves Battle“, “You Will Know Our Names – Finale“ and “Millick Meadows“.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will release on Switch July 29, 2022.
