Xenoblade Chronicles 3 wave 3 DLC release date set for February 15, story DLC teased
We have news about upcoming Expansion Pass DLC for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 thanks to the latest Nintendo Direct.
The third wave, slated for February 15, will be highlighted with Masha as a new hero and a refined Lapidarist. There’ll also be Challenge Battles with roguelike elements and outfits for the main cast with looks that resemble designs for characters in previous games.
Additionally, the story DLC was teased which will seems to feature Shulk from the first Xenoblade as well as Alvis, along with who appears to be Rex from Xenoblade Chronicles 2. See the teaser below.
The Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass kicked off at launch with a collection of helpful items and color variations for existing outfits. Then in October, the second DLC wave included Challenge Battle mode against difficult enemies, Ino as a new hero character, and swimsuit outfits.
The final Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC will launch by the end of the year. This wave will be the biggest of the bunch, as it’s an entirely new story scenario mentioned above.
