I wonder what the digital sales of Lost Sphear are

  • theFooFighter

Obviously not amazing for either console but the fact that switch lost sphear sales are keeping up with the PS4 version means a lot for the system.

    • Jade

Google is paying 97$ per hour, with weekly payouts. You can also avail this.
On tuesday I got a brand new Land Rover Range Rover from having earned $11752 this last four weeks..with-out any doubt it’s the most-comfortable job I have ever done .. It sounds unbelievable but you wont forgive yourself if you don’t check it

  • Ser2k2

    Good Nintendo Switch sales.

  • Tga215

Shadow of war number 1 that’s shocking

    • GoldenTriforce

Not a big week in general if the top seller is only 20k lol

  • Marco Romano

Almost every Switch game is first-party game.

Good legs on Dragon Ball Xenoverse which keeps staying there…

    • GoldenTriforce

      4 are third party though.

      • Marco Romano

3/8 total, and a part from Lost Sphear, everyone at the bottom of the chart

No chances for another Fifa on Switch though

        • Advance*

So basically you could have just as easily said almost half the Switch games are third party?

          • Marco Romano

What I’m saying is that Switch base is behaving like every other N console’s base and buying mostly only first party games (or games that have first party franchises)

It’s a fact, I’m telling you owning myself a Switch

          • Aline Piroutek

No Monster Hunter(not XX) , no Dragon Quest main series, no Youkai Watch, no Final Fantasy main series, how do you except third party games would sell?

          • GoldenTriforce

The thing has been out for 7 months and has had barely any support. We can complain in 1 year.

Also if you look at how the 3DS and other handhelds perform in Japan, third party is just as much if not stronger than first party most weeks. Switch is more likely to follow in the path of the 3DS (in Japan, not the West) than prior Nintendo home systems.

        • PRIMUS

We are getting Fifa 19 that is a fact. EA is a lost Sphear in this gaming realm.

        • kurodo

Fifa is at ~20k on Famitsu with 60%~80% from the first batch sold already. I would say it sold very well.

    • Hasn’t it been a minute since a relevant third party release in Japan on the Switch though?

Can’t really compare those to the evergreen Nintendo titles either, because Nintendo first party games hang in there, regardless of console. Look at Animal Crossing NL WA. (Or, see Mario Kart 7.)

It will be interesting to see how Atelier does in comparison to the PS4 version. But even other than that, what third parties are coming to compare?

  • GoldenTriforce

Nice Switch jump, even if its tiny…

hmmm.. wonder if Lost Sphear did better digital. Hope it does better digitally in the west.

  • wytxus

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 kind of has a decent sales will we have the chance to play Dragon Ball Fighters Z on the Switch ?

  • Aline Piroutek

Never heard of this Shadow War.

    • theFooFighter

It’s the new Lord of the rings game

      • Aline Piroutek

Wow, Lord of the Rings still exists?
I though it was dead like Harry Potter games.

        • theFooFighter

The original was kind of a one off thing that wasn’t tied to a movie kinda like the Arkham games. I didn’t like it but it was one of the few licensed games with a lot of effort and money behind it

  • PRIMUS

Lost Sphear lost of the PS4 with 5 million Japanese install base, and lost on the Switch with over a million install base. Game must suck.

    • Setsuna was a very subpar game, so I’ll bet people didn’t want to go another round of that.

      • Gregory Weagle

Odd since I Am Setsuna on Switch did lower opening numbers than the Switch version of Lost Sphear (by about 800 units give or take). Still picking up Lost Sphear though.

        • I think Setsuna was going to have lower numbers because it had already been out for a while on the Vita and PS4. (Which, it didn’t do miserably on them, but those weren’t special numbers either.)

  • I don’t feel bad about those Lost Sphear sales. I do feel bad for Tokyo RPG Factory, because I feel SE failed them, but I hope SE has learned a lesson. (Highly doubtful.)

Good Switch sales though, and I’m glad to see BotW hanging in there~.

Good for Snack World too. I’m kind of excited for it. ^u^

I can’t wait to see how Atelier, Girls Mode 4 and Xenoblade 2 will do~.

It’s great to see the Nintendo Switch on the verge of reaching the 2 million mark in Japan.

The switch is going to catch the ps4 by March 2018, if not sooner.

    • GoldenTriforce

It certainly will soon but I don’t know if its on track to do it THAT soon, supply still seems to be constrained over there.

      • ben

Nintendo must have a million consoles for this holiday in Japan. That has to be a lock as even the wii u sold 400k in a week in Japan over the holidays.

        • KnightWonder

Supposedly they’ve increased their supply to 2 million units per month.

        • GoldenTriforce

First year sales will most certainly be higher for Switch. I thought you meant LTD as of March 2018, which will probably be 6 million for PS4, and 2.5-3 million for Switch

    • Aline Piroutek

In December 2018 it is certain it will surpass/almost surpass PS4 sales in Japan.

    • Aline Piroutek

Maybe KHIII is out and not on Switch(or timed exclusive)

  • awng782

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe launched 24 weeks ago, and weekly sales have never dipped below 10,000 units.
