Don Doko Don is the latest Arcade Archives game on Switch, and thanks to Hamster, we have new gameplay. Once again, the company showed off the release during a live stream this week.
Here’s a bit of information about the game:
Don Doko Don is a fixed-screen action game released by Taito in 1989. Take control of the old lumberjacks Bob and Jim to progress through a variety of tricky stages. Pick up items to power up, beat the boss at the end of each round, and rescue the captive king and princess!
The Arcade Archives series has faithfully reproduced many classic Arcade masterpieces. Players can change various game settings such as game difficulty, and also reproduce the atmosphere of arcade display settings at that time. Players can also compete against each other from all over the world with their high scores. Please enjoy the masterpiece that built a generation for video games.
