Game Freak hasn’t announced a Pokemon RPG for the 3DS yet, but the studio has been working on a project for the handheld.

Revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct, Game Freak is making Rhythm Hunter Harmo Knight for the eShop. It’s a rhythm/action title that has players progressing through a variety of stages. The main gameplay mechanic involves jumping to attack. The better your timing, the better your harmony will be.

Rhythm Hunter Harmo Knight will be available on the Japanese eShop on September 5 for 1,800 yen.







Yes, a sequel to Denpa Ningen RPG is on the way! This will be released on the Japanese eShop on September 26 for 1,000 yen.

Like the first game, a demo will be made available prior to launch. Players will be able to carry some data into the final game.







Friend Collection is due out in Japan Spring 2013.


















Level-5 revealed a new Professor Layton title during today’s Nintendo Direct. Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino announced that Professor Layton Choubunmei to A no Isan is on the way to the 3DS in 2013.

Players can expect new puzzles. Apparently this will be, chronologically, the last adventure for Professor Layton.
