Sherlock Holmes references found in LEGO City: Undercover

LEGO City: Undercover houses a couple of references to Sherlock Holmes, sparking speculation that the next LEGO game could be based on the classic detective.
The first comes in the form of Chase McCain’s sidekick Watson, who appears in a mission cut-scene. However, it has been known that the Wii U title contains references to all sorts of pop-culture and even Nintendo IP, so this may not be too significant.
LEGO City’s other Sherlock Holmes’ reference is a bit more interesting. There’s a billboard placed in the overworld with a few “???” symbols and an object that seems to be a Warner logo.
Simple references or something more?

A new Call of Duty: Black Ops II patch is now in the hands of Nintendo. It’s currently unclear what kind of changes/additions are included with the update, though Treyarch is aiming for a release “early next week.” The studio will give out the specifics about the patch once it’s live.
“A_Trey_U” wrote on the official Black Ops II forums:
“Our next patch has been submitted to Nintendo. We are hoping for early next week. Patch notes will be updated once we have approvals in from Nintendo and the patch is ready to go live. I will not be giving information on what is included in the patch until that time.”

Assassin’s Creed III contains a reference teasing what would be the next entry in the series, Black Flag. At one point in the game, Connor mentions that sailing runs in his family and how Edward Kenway – the star of Assassin’s Creed IV and Connor’s grandfather – “sailed with a rough crew”. Take a look at the video above for the pertinent scene.
Two Tribes has interest in making a classic Star Fox game

Toki Tori 2 developer Two Tribes has some interest in working on Nintendo’s legendary Star Fox series. Taking things further, studio co-founder Collin van Ginkel told Nintendo Chronicle that the studio “could make a damn fine Star Fox game for Wii U.”
van Ginkel said:
“I think we could make a damn fine Star fox game for Wii U. Yes, a classic Star fox game would be awesome to work on.”
Nintendo has been more open to letting other studios touch their IPs over the past few years… while I don’t think it’s likely that Two Tribes would ever work on a Star Fox project, you never know!
