Website reveals more information about new version of this Popular Internet game for Nintendo DSTM, WiiTM, and on PC

When Ubisoft put out a recent press release, rumors were swirling that the company might bring Assassin’s Creed II to the Wii. Alberto Ziello, an Italian PR representative, has now addressed the speculation (translated below).

“Nintendo’s console [Wii] is not included – The game will be available on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, like the first title.”

I suppose you can still keep an open mind since we haven’t heard anything from an English representative. However, Mr. Ziello’s comment seems to have quelled the rumors for now.

– Ubisoft’s fourth quarter sales: $292.52 million
– full year result: $1.5 billion
