A separate page confirms that Super Mario 3D World runs in native 720p. All controller inputs are supported – GamePad, Wiimote, Wiimote and nunchuck, Wii Classic Controller Pro, and Wii U Pro Controller. Each of these options can be used in both single-player and multiplayer.
Super Mario 3D World will support three save slots. You’ll need at least 39 MB of free space for save data.
Lastly, linear PCM 5.1ch surround sound is supported.
