Durarara!! characters probably won’t be in Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker’s western release

Three Durarara!! characters will be showing up in Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker. Unfortunately though, these cameos probably won’t be appearing in the game’s western version.
Atlus USA PR manager John Hardin wrote on Twitter last month:
@MrRoundDB pretty sure we're not getting it, but I haven't heard 100% confirmation yet.
