[Let’s Talk] Fire Emblem: Three Houses impressions
A massive game arrived on Switch yesterday in the form of Fire Emblem: Three Houses. This is the first console Fire Emblem in the series in quite some time, and the first true entry in the series on Switch.
We imagine that many of you have started playing through Three Houses already. If that’s the case, how are you feeling about it so far? Which house did you choose? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
Highlights from last week’s topic: Will you be buying the Switch Lite?

My wife wants one. She loves puzzle games like Lumines and Picross and she’s been either grabbing my Switch or my son’s whenever it’s idle, so it’s time she gets her own. She doesn’t care much about TV output.
Me? I’m good, I have no desire for half a Switch.

Even despite me already being content with my current Switch, I REALLY like the Zacian and Zamazenta Edition one. I’m a bit torn though since I prefer my Switch docked and don’t want to transfer my data over, so I’d need another incentive to really want a Lite. (No, I don’t want to play both Sword and Shield since Gen 7 already ruined that experience for me with me playing Sun, Moon, and Ultra Moon.)

I’ll be getting one, but I’m taking console insurance out on it for at least a year. With the quality of the Joycon control sticks being the worst I have ever seen in any controller ever, I’m worried the Lite ones could be the same…and those can’t be replaced.
But I love handheld devices and I never play my Switch docked, so this model was made for me really.

I won’t. Despite the fact that portability is really important to me, one of my favorite features of the Switch is it’s ability to be both a handheld and big screen console. I don’t see a point in trading away either option. I can understand this for people who only care about portable and nothing else, but it’s just not for me. I’ll be sticking with my original Switch for the foreseeable future.

My daughters have been stealing mine constantly so I will be picking up 2 yellow ones for them so they will leave mine alone. They play solely handheld so it’s perfect and what I was waiting for. I still am not sure what they can and cannot do and access with my digital games with the family account, so confusing.
