Miyamoto shares a message about the Pikmin Short Movies

The site contains an overview of the Pikmin Short Movies, a trailer, and even a message from Miyamoto. Miyamoto’s message doesn’t contain anything mind-blowing, but it’s a neat little thing to see. View the message in full below.
Hello, this is Shigeru Miyamoto, the executive Producer of the Pikmin Short Movies.
Sometimes, I wonder about things like “Wouldn’t it be fun if Pikmin did this?” or “What would happen if there was a Pikmin right here?”
Those ideas have been turned into an animation in the PIKMIN Short Movies.
I hope that you will take a peek at a day in the life of Pikmin and see what they’re up to when they have jumped out of the game.
For those of you who have yet to play a Pikmin game, we’ve decided to take this opportunity to release a downloadable demo of the Pikmin 3 game.
Pikmin 3 is a mass-action strategy game where you command a troop of about a hundred Pikmin moving around on the screen. You won’t really have time to watch the actions of Pikmin in the game like you would in the movie, but they have a wide variety of movements and actions, so please observe them as you play.
For those of you who have already played Pikmin 3, additional Mission Mode stages are available for purchase as DLC on Nintendo eShop.
