The next entry in the long-running Mario Kart series is Mario Kart 8. The racer is coming to Wii U in spring of next year. Bikes are back, and you’ll see tracks that are brand new.

Nintendo finally pulled back the curtain on the Wii U’s first 3D Mario game. The name? Super Mario 3D World. The game offers a new cat power-up for Mario, multiplayer of some sort, and more.

Hmm… looks like this Nintendo Direct will be 40 minutes long in North America and around 37 minutes in Japan.
Nintendo have launched pages for Pokemon X and Pokemon Y on the 3DS eShop. Although there isn’t a ton of information included, they do mention that StreetPass and SpotPass are supported. Both will be available as digital downloads as well.

Wondering just how large New Super Luigi U is? According to the official Japanese website, the game takes up 1.5GB of space. If you’re not interested in downloading the expansion, you’ll be able to pick up Luigi U through retail.
