We made a note of SEGA’s big Sonic tease earlier this week under the impression that whatever the game is, there would be a good chance of a Wii version. SEGA did release the debut trailer today, but there is one thing we know for sure: it won’t launch on a Nintendo platform. The title will only be released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as far as I can tell. That’s disappointing, but there are more surprises to come for Sonic’s 20th anniversary. I’d be shocked if the hedgehog didn’t make an appearance on the Wii or 3DS later this year.

Yep, April is definitely going to be a slow month if these games are any indication, but don’t let that deter you from reading any further. No, seriously – keep reading!
