Xenoblade’s coming out in Europe in just a couple of months. The Last Story seems to be on track for 2012. And Pandora’s Tower? Apparently that’s also launching in Europe next year.

Live Wii claims to have heard that Nintendo will be completing the trifecta of recent Wii RPGs by launching the game in 2012. The site didn’t provide any particular source though, so take this rumor with a grain of salt for now.

Rumor has it that the two other “pieces” of the Japanese Wii RPG puzzle have shown up in Europe. The Last Story and Pandora’s Tower are both apparently at the Japan Expo in Paris. The Last Story is supposedly playable in English while Pandora’s Tower is represented in Japanese. Still, if true, the fact that both these titles are at the show is a very positive sign that the games will be released in Europe.

Last year, Solatorobo appeared at the Japan Expo in France. We later learned that Nintendo of Europe was localizing the game for numerous territories. A new rumor claims that Pandora’s Tower will be seeing similar treatment. However, we won’t be able to confirm the speculation until the event is over.

The pamphlet above claims that Tales of the Abyss 3DS will be available in Europe on November 10. Is that true? Namco Bandai hasn’t said anything officially, so who knows! Last we heard, NGamer said that the title would launch in Spring 2012…

Ludovic Lamouroux, Nintendo France Product Director, has apparently said that The Last Story is in fact heading to Europe. Since the translation is a bit and I can’t track down the original source, consider this a rumor now. I personally won’t believe it until we hear an official announcement.

“Xenoblade will arrive after the holidays on Wii, like The Last Story in 2012.”

If this is true, then it’d be yet another amazing move by Nintendo of Europe. The only other game they’d need to localize is Pandora’s Tower. Now, imagine if North America ends up not receiving any of these titles… that’s a bleak future.

A few sites are reporting that an announcement will soon be made for Solatorobo in North America. Some folks are speculating the XSEED will be publishing the title, though that has yet to be confirmed. Apparently we’ll be seeing the announcement before month’s end. If it happens, we’ll be sure to let you know!

A lot has been said about the Wii U. Then again, there’s still a bunch of areas that we know next to nothing about. For instance, Nintendo has neglected to share more in-depth specs for the console, leading industry insiders and fans alike to wonder how it stacks up to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

While nothing hasn’t been confirmed, Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia claims to have some insight. After speaking with developers at E3, Agee told IndustryGamers that Wii U will exceed the processing power of Microsoft and Sony’s consoles by 50%

“Some of the developers we spoke to indicated to us that the console will have 50% more processing power compared to the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. This is yet to be confirmed by Nintendo.”

A developer at E3 has apparently said that Nintendo has no plans to introduce a “3DSWare” category on the 3DS eShop. It’s true that the company filed a trademark for 3DSWare in the past, but that isn’t an indication that Nintendo intends to use it.

Some consumers feel that downloads categorized under the “Ware” brand offer inferior content compared to retail titles. This stigma is something that Nintendo would like to prevent by removing the name.

We now have come full circle with Project Cafe rumors. Game Informer, who originally reported on Nintendo’s next console, has reason to believe that the system will simply be called “Nintendo”.

That name would likely be received more warmly than “Wii”, though, admittedly, it’s not something that I would expect. Come Tuesday, we should know what the console will truly be named.

All of the details below popped up on 4chan recently, but I’m inclined not to believe any of it. It’s true that some information has been accurate on the site in the past, though that’s been pretty rare. In any case, since we’re so close to E3, we might as well post it! Just don’t take any of it too seriously…

The System:

– Uses a custom IBM triple-core CPU running at 3.6GHz per core
– The development kit contains 1gb RAM, but Nintendo have hinted that the console will actually have 1.5gb
– Nintendo will be releasing games that will run 1080p natively. Sources say that with Nintendo’s art style and the poewer the system, the games look ‘stunning’.
– The system does run on AMD R700 card, but the architecture is slightly different and the clock speeds are much higher.
– The System resembles JPN/EU SNES machines in color only and not in shape
– The development kit is about the size of a 360, not the console
– Close sources say it’s as if Nintendo is in “damage control” with 3rd party developers. Nintendo is trying really hard to get 3rd parties on board to develop games and have offered incentives such as not releasing big-title Nintendo games in holiday seasons to compete against 3rd party titles.
– Nintendo went to many 3rd party developers on guidance on what they were after with the new console in terms of system specs, controller and online system.
