Super Mario Bros. Wonder shows full lineup of playable characters, Nabbit included

Super Mario Bros. Wonder has shown off its full lineup of playable characters. This was just highlighted during today’s Nintendo Direct for the game.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder technically includes twelve playable characters. According to Nintendo, that’s the most of any 2D Super Mario game to date.
The first trailer for the title previously showed Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Daisy, Toad (Toadette is also here), and Yoshi. It turns out that Yoshi will have a few different color variations – specifically red, yellow, light blue other than his iconic green look. Additionally, Nabbit is back from New Super Mario Bros. U.
Most of the characters play the same. However, Yoshi and Nabbit in particular may prove useful for beginners as they don’t take damage – but that doesn’t include falling down a pit. Also, keep in mind they can’t transform with power-ups. Yoshi will naturally have his flutter jump ability, and he can inhale objects / spit them back at enemies.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder will be available for Switch on October 20, 2023. Let us know which character you plan on using the most when the game launches later this year.
