Nintendo’s website has updated with the packaging image for the upcoming Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Switch hardware bundle. Check it out above.

The bundle is due out alongside the game in Japan on October 10. The system itself carries a Disney theme, as do the Joy-Con and dock.

You can pre-order Disney Tsum Tsum Festival on Amazon here. It launches November 8 in North America and Europe.

Last week, Bandai Namco announced an October 10 release date for Disney Tsum Tsum Festival in Japan. North America and Europe will be getting the game a month later, as a western November 8 launch has now been announced.

A new Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Switch hardware bundle was announced for Japan last week, though there’s no word on it coming west at this time.

Coinciding with this week’s release date news of October 10 in Japan, Disney Tsum Tsum Festival has received a new trailer. We’ve included it below.


Disney Tsum Tsum Festival will require some extra hardware in order to work with the Switch Lite. According to the game’s Japanese website, it cannot be played with the system alone. A separate pair of Joy-Con will be required in order to play.

Of course, with the regular Switch, you’ll be all set. You will not need any extra controllers if you’re playing on that console.

Disney Tsum Tsum Festival is due out in Japan on October 10, and sometime this year in North America and Europe.

As mentioned earlier today, Disney Tsum Tsum Festival is due out in Japan on October 10. Alongside the game’s launch, a special Switch bundle will be offered.

The package includes a Switch system in addition to a copy of Disney Tsum Tsum Festival plus a code for DLC costumes in the actual game. Both the dock and Joy-Con have been specially-made (the home button is even stylized after Mickey Mouse), and the Switch itself will have a design on the back. Note that this will be the updated model with the longer battery life.

The latest issue of Famitsu out of Japan has confirmed that Disney Tsum Tsum Festival will launch for Switch in Japan on October 10th.

In addition, worldwide online multiplayer has been confirmed.
