Bustafellows Season 2 confirmed for English release in the west

PQube is localizing Bustafellows Season 2 for English release in the west, the publisher just announced. It’ll be arriving in 2025.
Bustafellows Season 2 is a romantic mystery visual novel. Previously, it came to Japan last year. The original Bustafellows is already available on Switch worldwide.

Original (12/21): Today, eXtend announced that it’s bringing Bustafellows Season 2 to Switch on May 25, 2023.
The original Bustafellows came to Switch in Japan at the end of 2019, followed by the western version in July 2021. A sequel was confirmed at the end of 2020.

Bustafellows Collector’s Edition revealed

PQube and Extend have provided an update on the overseas version of Bustafellows. When the visual novel heads west, fans will be able to pick up a collector’s edition for the game. It will contain a physical copy, open book ‘New Sieg People Weekly’ magazine, optical disc Scarecrow’s Mixtape, and six art cards.
Bustafellows launches in North America and Europe this summer. A standard version (up on Amazon US here, Amazon UK here) will be offered alongside the collector’s edition.

PQube publishing western version of Bustafellows in 2021

This past weekend, we heard that the visual novel Bustafellows will be getting an English release. We now have a bit of additional information about what exactly the plan is.
PQube has come forward with confirmation that it will handle the western version of Bustafellows. Additionally, the title is planned for 2021 in North America and Europe.

Extend’s crime suspense visual novel Bustafellows released in Japan this time last year. Some fans have been hoping for a western release, which now looks to be in the cards. It’s been announced that an English version is happening, though no further details have been provided.
A sequel was also revealed today titled Bustafellows Season 2. Development has only just begun, so there’s not much in the way of details at present. However, fans can expect a new story.
We’ll have more information about the English localization of Bustafellows and Bustafellows Season 2 in the future.

Bustafellows out for Switch in Japan on December 19

Bustafellows, the crime suspense visual novel from Extend, has been dated for Japan. The title will launch both physically and digitally on December 19 for 6,930 yen. A Deluxe Edition will also be sold for 9,130 yen.
A new trailer for Bustafellows will be issued on July 19.
