Active Life: Outdoor Challenge

Active Life: Outdoor Challenge (known as Family Trainer in other regions) was Bandai Namco’s fitness game for Wii from way back in 2008. Just recently, the game came to Switch in North America and Europe after first hitting Japan last December. We now have gameplay showing the final English version on Nintendo’s current console.

Bandai Namco have shared a new trailer for Active Life: Outdoor Challenge, titled Family Trainer in Europe and Japan, that shows off some gameplay. Check it out below.

Active Life: Outdoor Challenge arrives on Switch on September 3.

Active Life: Outdoor Challenge – known as Family Trainer in other parts of the world – was a fitness game first released on Wii. Bandai Namco is now bringing it back with a new Switch version. It’s actually been out in Japan for several months now, but will finally head west in September.

For those in the United States, it appears that Active Life: Outdoor Challenge will be a retailer exclusive. Target added a listing to its website recently, and it makes it pretty clear that other stores won’t be selling it.
