Avatar The Last Airbender - Quest for Balance launch trailer

A launch trailer for Avatar: The Last Airbender – Quest for Balance is now available. The game, which ties in with the Nickelodeon show, just made it to Switch.

Here’s an official overview:

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Grandma Gertie

Original (9/18): GameMill, Ludosity, and Fair Play Labs today confirmed that Grandma Gertie will be a playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. She’s known from the animated show Hey Arnold.

Based on a previous leak, Gertie won’t be the only new playable character from Hey Arnold. We don’t get into it here for those looking to avoid spoilers, but you can check out our previous post here.

NASCAR Arcade Rush launch trailer

One last launch trailer has dropped for NASCAR Arcade Rush. GameMill published the title on Switch this past week.

If you’re interested in finding more information about it, we have the following overview for you:

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Nigel Thornberry

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is closing out the week with its latest character spotlight trailer for Nigel Thornberry.

Nigel is another character back from the last game, but with new techniques. One change is that he can now flap his wings like a bird up to four times in the air. Along those same lines, he has a more elegant Falcon Dive move. Nigel can also perform moves like his down special “Smashing”, side special “Gorilla Double Punch”, neutral special “Bull Stampede”, and up special “Whale Crash”. Note that Nigel is the lightest character in the game.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Ren & Stimpy

We have another Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 character spotlight trailer, this time for Ren & Stimpy.

Though this duo appeared in the previous game, they’ve been reworked with a new design and moveset. This time it’s about controlling space and playing defensively with high air mobility, slow projectile, and solid range. Ren & Stimpy can throw a log that goes in three different directions, use a car, and counter with a fart (really). Their weaknesses are speed and power.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Aang

In the latest Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 character spotlight, the team is showing off Aang – from Avatar: The Last Airbender – and his moveset.

Aang returns from the previous game, but has a new moveset and an updated design. He can use his air scooter and glider, but now has another jump. Overall, he has strong movement capabilities and combo potential. As the Avatar, Aang is also able to use different elements in his attacks. As a downside, since he’s one of the lightest characters in the game, he’s easier to knock out.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Ember

Another Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 character reveal is in, and it’s been confirmed that Ember from Danny Phantom will be on the roster.

Ember, a music-based character, has far-reaching attacks based on her guitar-shredding abilities. The team has also implemented a “Cheer” mechanic in which successful attacks fill up a meter. This provides her with increased attack power and additional perks.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Donatello

For the next Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 spotlight, we have a closer look at another Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rep – that being Donatello.

Donatello uses his bow staff, which gives him some of the longest ranged attacks in the game. He’s a good choice for those looking to play at a distance or outsmart their opponents. On the other hand, he’s one of the slower characters. Donatello has a couple of signature moves, including his side special smoke bomb and electric grenade.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 April O'Neil

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 released its latest spotlight trailer today, this time for April O’Neil. The character is back from the original game.

April is again a brawler similar to the last entry. She has a ratings meter that can be filled by using the camera and microphone-based attacks. Get some ratings to perform a powerful attack with her neutral special – more ratings means higher knockback. The team did implement some changes this time around, including a new down special, changes to light attacks, and a new forward and back air.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 El Tigre

Original (8/30): El Tigre is joining Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, it’s been revealed. GameMill, Ludosity, and Fair Play Labs made the announcement in a new trailer today.

Other new characters include Plankton and Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants, Raphael and Donatello from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Jimmy Neutron. A number of fighters from the original game are returning as well.
