Mega Man Battle Network 3

Mega Man Battle Network 3 launched on the North American Wii U Virtual Console this past Thursday. Check out some footage from the White version below.

Five new games will be available on the Japanese Wii U Virtual Console next week. They are as follows:

Mega Man Battle Network 3 (GBA, 702 yen)
Mega Man Battle Network 3 BLACK (GBA, 702 yen)
Moto Roader (PC Engine, 617 yen)
Digital Champ (PC Engine, 617 yen)
Vampire Killer (MSX, 823 yen)

The games above are hitting the Japanese eShop on December 17.

Last week, a pair of GBA Wii U Virtual Console titles were outed by the OFLC: Man Battle Network 3: Blue Version and Man Battle Network 3: White Version. Capcom has since officially confirmed these games for the eShop, and also mentioned to IGN that additional GBA titles are on the way.

Capcom’s statement reads:

“We are working on bringing this and other GBA titles to the North American Virtual Console. We’ll have more information about the lineup in the coming months. For Australia and Europe, we are still in discussions about the release of Virtual Console titles for those markets.”

Capcom appears to be bringing two more Mega Man games to the Virtual Console. Today, Mega Man Battle Network 3’s Blue and White versions were rated by the OFLC. These two GBA titles should be made available for the Wii U Virtual Console in the future.
