UK sales for April 2019 – Nintendo the best-selling publisher of the month

New sales data is in from the UK for the month of April 2019.
For the first time since January, Switch has taken over the Xbox One in terms of both unit sales and value in April. The company is also the best-selling publisher of the month, replacing Ubisoft at the top. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Yoshi’s Crafted Word, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe were all in the top ten for the month.
Mortal Kombat 11, a brand new title, placed second in the monthly physical charts. Sales were down 43.6 percent compared to Mortal Kombat X, though we do know that Mortal Kombat 11 had the best worldwide launch in the series thus far.
