September 18: Nintendo has released the latest set of icons on Switch Online. This time it’s themed around Donkey Kong Bananza’s DLC, DK Island & Emerald Rush.

The first set is now available, lasting until September 25. Nintendo Switch Online members can spend their Platinum Points on various icons on a weekly basis. New icons will go up every Thursday (Friday for those in Europe) until October 9 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET.

Koei Tecmo has announced Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake: Destiny and Strategy Expansion Pack for Nintendo Switch. This paid DLC is set to launch on January 29, 2026, alongside a new Japanese physical edition.

This new content houses a couple of major additions including a new Chinese audio language option, the ability to change your ruler, and a new scenario.

Marvelous has just released the first major update for Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. The version should be rolling out now on both the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 versions of the game.

The major feature introduced in this update is a new unlockable mode called happy bingo. Playing this mode can win you some items, including exclusive cosmetics with a deluxe bingo card.

April 29: Publisher RedDeerGames has announced Nuclear Gladiators 300 for Nintendo Switch. There is no release date currently.

Nuclear Gladiators 3000 is a top-down 2D arena shooter developed by Turbo Napalm. The game has you playing as a cast of colorful characters wiping out monsters for the entertainment of an audience, whose satisfaction is gauged by an applause meter.

Cthulu Mythos ADV Lunatic Whispers and Cthulu Mythos ADV The Isle of Ubohoth are both making their way to Nintendo Switch in a single collection. The double pack is set to release next week on October 9, 2025.

The Cthulu Mythos ADV games were both originally released on iOS, Android, and PC via Steam with Lunatic Whispers releasing in 2022, and The Isle of Ubohoth in 2024. The titles are visual novels with tabletop RPG elements including dice rolling.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma has just received its first major update. This new version should be rolling out now for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 players.

A couple of the major things added are 4 boss gauntlets for players who completed the major storyline, additions to village life ranging from a new development zone to inventory expansion, and also additions to social bonds in the game.

Detective Dotson is a Bollywood inspired mystery adventure game that has you play as the titular character, Detective Dotson. He is a reluctant detective who dreams of being a Bollywood star.

Kemco has released a new teaser trailer and more details for Depth Loop. The title is set to release on both the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 sometime in 2026.

Depth Loop takes place in a dystopian future where most of humanity is wiped out. In your group of survivors there seems to be a traitor among you, and suspicion intensifies as you unravel who it is.

Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion Reclaimers and Neun

Marvelous has just released the first major update for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion. They have also released a producer’s note, and a roadmap for more updates scheduled in the next couple of months.

The major additions and improvements in this update are a new boss and additional camera customization features. And of course a good amount of bugs were fixed.
