REDMOND, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Nintendo has revealed new details about the introductory storyline and game play in The Legend of Zelda™: Skyward Sword, which will launch exclusively for the Wii™ system on Nov. 20. The enhanced motion controls of the Wii Remote™ Plus (or Wii Remote controller with a Wii MotionPlus™ accessory) and Nunchuk™ controller allow for deeply immersive puzzle-solving challenges in this latest addition to the iconic Zelda franchise. This new game – one of the biggest in the history of Nintendo software development – will also feature new story elements that lay the foundation for the events that occur in the rest of the series. This includes the creation of the Master Sword, an ancient and powerful weapon that has been a constant in the 25-year history of the Zelda series. The introductory storyline includes the following:

The following games will be playable at Level-5 World next month…

Ni no Kuni (PS3)
Inazuma Eleven Go (3DS)
Girls’ RPG (3DS)
Fantasy Life (3DS)
Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney (3DS)
Time Travelers (3DS)

In addition to the games above, more titles will be announced. It isn’t clear how many of the new projects will be playable.

Partial stage events include:

Inazuma Eleven Go Fan Appreciation Festival
Danbol Senki Special Event Stage
Ni no Kuni Special Stage
Signing event with Inazuma Eleven Go manga artist Tenya Yabuno

Some of the stage events will be live-streamed on UStream. Level-5 has yet to confirm if their Vision press conference will be broadcasted online.

Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 has been given an official rating by the OFLC. I suppose that means that the title will hit the 3DS eShop within the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for future Nintendo Download updates…
