The latest Nintendo Switch eShop charts for the week of December 7, 2024 are now available.
Super Mario Party Jamboree has been a juggernaut since launch, and it still hasn’t been dethroned. That means it’s again #1 this week. Hogwarts Legacy, which has also found a great deal of success, is right behind in second place with its Deluxe Edition. A variety of other games appear here as well, with many making appearances thanks to recent sales.

Visual novel Pick My Heart 1 & 2 releasing on Nintendo Switch in December

November 22: RedDeerGames is publishing Pick My Heart 1 & 2 on Nintendo Switch, the company announced today. A release is scheduled for December 5, 2024.
Pick My Heart 1 & 2 features a two-chapter visual novel inspired by Greek mythology. Bikini Games is behind the development.

Today, Limited Run Games shared details about its plans to produce a physical release for Shin chan: Shiro and the Coal Town.
The game will be sold standalone, but it’ll also be available via a collector’s edition. Those opting for the latter will also receive reversible interior art, flexi disc soundtrack, an acrylic standee, and a pin badge.
Croc: Legend of the Gobbos remaster delayed, statement shared

Croc: Legend of the Gobbos has been delayed, and Argonaut Games provided an official statement on social media.
The title was originally planned to land on Nintendo Switch and other platforms this year. However, it’s now been pushed to Q1 2025. Argonaut explained that “a little more time is needed to add the final touches to ensure the game meets the high standards that we aspire to and which you deserve.”

PQube Asia Showcase 2024 announced for December 11

A new PQube Asia Showcase 2024 will air on December 11, PQube just announced. It will air at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET / 8 PM in the UK / 9 PM in Europe.
Those tuning in can expect a look at PQube’s “entire 2025 lineup and beyond”. The company has confirmed that there’ll be “no less than five first time announcements” coming to various consoles, including Nintendo Switch. Updates will also be shared on previously announced titles including Bustafellows Season 2, Genso Manege, Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate, and Him, the Smile & Bloom.

More rumors have surfaced not only regarding Nintendo Switch 2’s reveal and release timing, but also the apparent port of Kirby: Planet Robobot on Nintendo’s current console.
Today’s speculation comes from the Nate the Hate podcast. NateDrake, who’s name has been out there before with Nintendo rumors and the industry as a whole, held discussion pointing to a possible Nintendo Switch 2 reveal between the second half of January and early February. Given that an announcement is expected by the end of the fiscal year ending March 2025, that’s not too surprising. Nintendo’s next financial results briefing is also planned for February 4.

Nintendo Music removes handful of hidden Splatoon 2 songs

A handful of Splatoon 2 songs that were previously available on Nintendo Music are no longer available on the service.
Support for the game was just added in a few days ago. The full soundtrack is up there on the playlist, but fans also noticed that five other songs could be played as well via search. However, Nintendo has now taken them down.
The following tracks were recently pulled:
