Nintendo has announced two new 3DS color variations for Japan. The Pure White and Clear Black systems will be available on November 10 for 15,000 yen. To clarify, these colors are for the original 3DS – not the 3DS XL.

Square Enix has shared a new wave of details concerning its Dragon Quest Monsters 2 3DS remake. The latest information has been rounded up in summary format below.

– New areas to explore
– Ranch is in a remote island near Malta
– Iru or Ruka live here
– Bring monsters to the ranch
– Friends can visit and check out your monster team or go on missions with them
– Different towns in Malta filled with townspeople running about
– Towns also have shops and facilities found in the center square area
– Malta Castle: built in a huge tree in the center of the kingdom, serving as the heart of the country
– Castle has the king’s throne room and the door to other worlds
– Shrine of Shooting Stars: important facility located in the first floor of the castle
– Friends can combine monsters together here
– Blacksmith/Locksmith: receive strong weapons and keys to unlock doors to the different worlds
– Combat Arena: has daily battles, winners receive mysterious keys

Two Atlus games can now be published at a discount. Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers and Etrian Odyssey IV have been lowered to $30 for a $10 price cut. This applies to retail as well as the 3DS eShop.

Nintendo has opened the official European website for Inazuma Eleven 3, which can be accessed here. There are lots of game details to read up on, videos to watch, and screenshots to view.


Sonic Lost World’s North American release date has been postponed by a week, it would seem. A new trailer put out by SEGA today now shows an October 29th launch for the Wii U and 3DS games.

Sonic Lost World was originally expected to hit US shelves on October 22. It’s still on track to arrive on October 18 in Europe.
