OFLC rates Naruto Powerful Shippuden

Siliconera has come across a rating on the OFLC for Naruto Powerful Shippuden. That sounds a heck of a lot like Naruto SD Powerful Shippuden, Namco Bandai’s upcoming 3DS title.

Is this a sign that the game will be localized? Maybe it’ll be released in Europe/Australia at least…
