Today’s Super Smash Bros. for 3DS screenshots provide a look at the game’s sounds/music menus. You’ll find both images and explanation from Masahiro Sakurai below.

Choose your songs and play with features on the bottom screen. You can listen to character voices, too. One of the new highlights for this feature is the “Play in Sleep Mode” option in the upper right. If you turn this on, you can listen to the tracks with your headphones even when your Nintendo 3DS is closed. The L and R Buttons will let you skip tracks. This means you can use it as a portable music player. Enjoy listening to the tracks you love by putting all songs in loop, shuffle, or selecting your favorite tracks!!

Siliconera has translated a few new details about Protect Me Knight 2, which we’ve rounded up below. You can also find a few screenshots in the gallery above.

– Music composed by Yuzo Koshiro (Sonic the Hedgehog, Etrian Odyssey)
– Koshiro is the founder of developer Ancient
– Tower defense game
– 8-bit graphics
– Protect the princess
– Play as six different heroes
– Playable characters include the powerful Fighter, the balanced Amazon, the speedy Ninja, the offense magic-based Mage, the strange knight with range Jiiya, and the projectile expert Archer
– Use combos to take out monsters and defend barricades
– Can make new barricades and move them around
– RPG features like weapon crafting and customizing skills
– Use the goal acquired in battle to level up characters
– Local multiplayer
– Play up to three others with Download Play
– Map Edit mode
– Out in Japan next month
– 800 yen
