This week’s GameStop ad has gone live. There are a few highlights this week, including Rayman Legends and Splinter Cell: Blacklist for $40. Consumers can also take advantage of a pre-order offer for Pokemon X/Y, with consumers receiving a “through the years” timeline.

Pokemon X/Y is the most pre-ordered 3DS game in Japan ever

Over one million consumers have pre-ordered Pokemon X/Y in Japan. Famitsu has confirmed that reservations now stand at 1.26 million. As it turns out, this is a record figure for all 3DS games.
Famitsu’s report is based on data provided by Media Create. Note that hardware bundle pre-orders are not included.
