ESRB rates another Capcom Arcade Cabinet title for 3DS
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Capcom Arcade Cabinet isn’t coming to the 3DS as far as we know, but the ESRB has been rating some of the collection’s games. Yet another release popped up on the site today – Gun.Smoke.
Are these just erroneous listings? Does Capcom simply plan on making these classic games available on the 3DS individually? Or might Capcom Arcade Cabinet be coming to the 3DS eShop one day?

Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D isn’t being made by Retro. Rather, Monster Games is handling the port. A rating on the OFLC lists the studio as the game’s author (or developer).
Monster Games’ previous work includes Excite Truck, Excitebots, and Pilotwings Resort.
A recent finding on LinkedIn indicated that Monster Games was making some sort of 3DS title. Based on the OFLC entry, it would appear that Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is the project in question.

Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life coming to 3DS

Namco Bandai has announced an interesting new title for the 3DS. “Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life” is heading to Nintendo’s portable in Japan, and it seems like it could be a fairly big deal.
Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life lets players use their Mii characters to meet Disney characters. Over 80 characters and more than 1,000 items are featured in the game.

Nintendo must view Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life as a pretty significant title, as it has approved a uniquely-designed 3DS XL system. A limited edition release containing the hardware will be priced at 24,830 yen while the standalone game will cost 5,490 yen.
