3DS

Starting in November, publishers will be able to add demos of their products to the 3DS eShop. Capcom is hoping to provide consumers with a taste of Resident Evil: Revelations before the game launches in February, but their plans could be held up by a file size limit.

On the Capcom-Unity boards, Christian Svensson said:

“We’re in talks with Nintendo about that and I agree, I think that would help sales a lot. For that to happen we need to get permission to use a larger filesize than demos currently are allowed.”

Last we heard, there were no file size restrictions in place for the eShop. Is this something that only applies to demos? Or is there really an overall limitation for the store?
