A new Shinobi game is in the works, according to the LinkedIn profile of Griptonite Games’ Branden Brushett. Brushett, an Environment Artist at the studio, lists the project for the 3DS. Apparently the new Shinobi title has been in the works since November 2010 and the company is still developing it.
Griptonite Games has a great deal of experience when it comes to creating games for Nintendo’s portables. They started by making titles for the Game Boy Color, later moving on the to Game Boy Advance and eventually the DS. We know that Griptonite has a second 3DS title in the pipeline, Green Lantern, which is due for release next month.

Capcom cutting back on Wii/3DS support
Posted on 13 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, DS, News, Wii | 0 comments
With Project Cafe on the horizon, it makes sense that most developers will be cutting back on Wii support. Everyone’s looking forward to the future, including third-party companies. One such publisher is Capcom, who recently revealed that they only expect to develop two Wii titles this fiscal year – down from five the previous year.
It’s also worth pointing out that DS/3DS games are expected to see a slight decrease as well, from eleven titles last year to nine this coming year. You can check out the full results for all platforms below (numbers in parenthesis indicate previous year data).
PS3: 16 titles, 8 million units (11 / 6.2 million)
X360: 14 titles, 4.7 million units (11 / 4.2 million)
DS/3DS: 9 titles, 2.4 million units (11 / 1.7 million)
PSP: 11 titles, 2.2 million units (11 / 6.2 million)
PC/Other: 3 titles, 500,000 units (3 / 500,000)
Wii: 2 titles, 200,000 units (5 / 1.4 million)

How to make Samus appear in Dead or Alive: Dimensions
Posted on 13 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
The initial video of the Metroid: Other M stage in Dead or Alive: Dimensions showed a brief cameo appearance by Samus. Of course, it’s a well-known fact at this point that she isn’t playable, but you can bring her out for a power bomb explosion.
When playing in the Geothermal Power Plant stage (unlock it by completing the six courses in Arcade Mode), it seems as though blowing, whistling, or speaking into the microphone will bring Samus out for a brief moment. She’ll drop her bomb, and you’ll switch positions with your opponent.
