Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop is heading to Nintendo Switch next month, it’s been announced. The game is scheduled for December 5, 2024.
Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop, a frantic “fix ’em up” game inspired by the comedy and aesthetics of Adventure Time and Rick & Morty, was announced a little over a year ago. We knew it was planned for this year, but beyond that we’ve been waiting on more specific timing.

A significant “Before the Wind” update came to Sail Forth this week, which is also version 1.6.
The update “contains a wide variety of features and improvements that are focused around both responding to community feedback and better integrating the recently added open world design with the rest of the game.” Highlights include a combined and improved map screen, a new spyglass item, persistent NPC ships which inhabit the world, and an expanded world map and new bosses for the Maelstrom DLC.
