Oddworld Inhabitants speaks on the possibility of new Oddworld games, says there are “two different possibilities”

“Most of my time today is going into designing new product, but our bandwidth is stretched. So I’m designing a lot of things – two major things. Now I’m not sure which will get started first. If we have the success of New ‘n’ Tasty … let’s say if we can do a million units of New ‘n’ Tasty – I don’t know if that’s completely unrealistic or not because we don’t have advertising money, we don’t have a big publisher pushing it. I think Sony will help us expose it. I think it will be a quality game, but it’s not trying to be Destiny, right?

Seems that the North American version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Limited Edition isn’t quite as good as the European release. No reversible cover, and no dome for the Ganondorf figure.

Siliconera reports that Nintendo intends to bring MonoGame Framework to Wii U. We’ve previously seen the open source tech of the Microsoft XNA 4.x Framework used in titles such as Bastion, Fez, and Skulls of the Shogon.
MonoGame Framework allows for developers to more easily make cross-platform games while re-using code. Other platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Windows Phone 8, PlayStation Mobile and Ouya, can already use MonoGame Framework.

SEGA comments on Sonic Lost World extra lives pre-order bonus, players will never pay for lives, difficulty talk
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
SEGA revealed a peculiar pre-order bonus for Sonic Lost World earlier this week. Players who reserve the Wii U version from Amazon will receive 25 extra lives. Kind of odd, isn’t it?
SEGA has since commented on the unconventional pre-order bonus. Associate brand manager Aaron Webber told Kotaku, “The lives are not really the focus”, with the Deadly Six Edition content taking prominence. He added that paying for lives “will never be a thing in a Sonic game” and the bonus is “a way to let you have a bit more fun being reckless if you want to be.”
