Currently, Resident Evil: Revelations HD can be pre-ordered from Amazon for $39.99. The offer only applies to the Wii U version of the game – other releases are still set at the standard $49.99 price point.

And a bonus! If Miyamoto wasn’t working on video games, he’d probably continue work as an industrial designer.
“Originally, I started off as an industrial designer, and the dream of all industrial designers is to create something that sort of amazes and surprises people. I ultimately chose the path of creating video games, but if I hadn’t been creating video games, I think that and hope that I would be creating things that are similar to that. So, when I look at that as being something that perhaps I might have been able to create, but ultimately wasn’t able to because of the path that I chose, I have a tendency to look at the person that created that thing as a potential rival. So that’s sort of where that thought came from.”
Square Enix bringing unannounced Wii U game to PAX East

Square Enix will be announcing a new game for Wii U later this month. An invitation sent out by the company indicates that a reveal is set for PAX East in just a few weeks, though further information was not provided. Could the mysterious project be Straight Right’s AAA Wii U port?
PAX East will take place between March 22 and March 24.

Nano Soundtrack Collection now available

Care for access to the soundtracks behind Shin’en’s “Nano” games? Then you may wish to hand over a few bucks for what the studio is calling “Nano Assault Collection”.
For just $1, you’ll receive the Nano Assault EX and Nano Assault Neo soundtracks. For $5, Shin’en will also provide the Nanostray HD Sessions. And for $10, you’ll obtain all of the aforementioned soundtracks plus Nanostray and Nanostray 2 original soundtracks. Fans can plop down as much as $50 to support Shin’en, though doing so isn’t necessary.
