Capcom has revealed that there are plans to reveal a bit more about Monster Hunter 3 at this year’s TGS. The game will be shown off on the 11th and 12th of October and it appears both days will have the same content to share with the public. Expected to be at Monster Hunter 3’s presentation is a new promotional video and demo gameplay. Additionally, information regarding monsters and control use will be discussed.

Another Capcom title, Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop will also be at TGS on the 11th and 12th. During that time, only a promotion video will be shown.

I’m sure you all remember the first Rock Band game on Wii. You know, how the game did not feature DLC, no online functionality, and overall felt like a gimped experience when compared to its next-gen counterparts. Now a similar situation might be occurring with Rock Band II. According to USA Today, the game will “not offer any Internet connectivity for multiplayer gaming or downloadable music.”

Predictably, MTV Games has responded to the rumor. Fortunately the company has flat-out denied USA Today’s comments and has noted that Rock Band II “will definitely be fully featured.” MTV Games was unable to provide further details about the Wii (or PS2) version of the game, but more information is expected to be shared in the coming weeks.
