Nintendo offering solutions for game-breaking Zelda: Skyward Sword bug

Update: IGN has heard from Nintendo that the information below also applies to North America.
You know that game-breaking bug that some users are encountering in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword? Nintendo is finally offering a couple of solutions to help Japanese players who are unable to progress.
The company will soon send out a program for those with Internet access. Nintendo will share more information about this in the near future, but presumably it will fix the bug. Players without an Internet connection are being asked to send in their SD card or Wii system so Nintendo can take care of the issue.
All of this applies only to Japan for the moment. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if NoA/NoE followed up with the same exact solutions as well.

Zelda: Skyward Sword hack lets you bathe with Gaepora
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Random, Videos, Wii | 0 comments
Obviously some sort of hack/cheat was used here since Link jumped up high into the air toward the beginning of the video. Not sure why someone would want to bath with Gaepora, but it’s uh… interesting I guess? It’s strange seeing how the lower half of his body isn’t present…

Logos – Kid Icarus, Mario Party 9, PokePark 2, Rhythm Heaven Fever

Kid Icarus: Uprising has a new logo, and I’m not sure that I like the change. It is just a logo though, so there’s no reason to make too much of a fuss about it.
Aonuma says scrapped MotionPlus controls for Skyward Sword will be used in future Zelda games
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News, Wii | 0 comments
Nintendo isn’t finished with MotionPlus controls for Zelda titles just yet. Eiji Aonuma told the Official Nintendo Magazine that there were some ideas they had that weren’t used in Skyward Sword.
These elements will appear in future Zelda games. Perhaps we’ll see some of these ideas in Zelda Wii U if Nintendo decides to use MotionPlus rather than the tablet controller (or maybe the two could be used together).
Aonuma told the magazine:
“We will want to use the Wii Motion-Plus controls that we did not use this time in future games, so we cannot tell you now. Please look forward to seeing them in the future.”
