The bulk of the 3DS news won’t be arriving until about two and a half hours, but we’ve found out about two new titles via Famitsu: Class of Heroes 3Dx3D and some sort of game in which the player waits tables. It’s certainly possible we’ll find out more about those two projects in a couple of hours.

– Player Change System: Send out 4 generals to the battle field, switch out between them on the touch screen
– Each general has certain skills/abilities

– Can create clusters of elemental magic tiles that don’t do anything on their own, but can increase attacks with powers like fire (damage over time) or thunder (paralyze foes)
– Waves of turn-based battles await you in each stage
– Trickier enemies and powerful bosses as you progress
– Some bosses will require new strategies
– Chi meter rises when you make tile clusters
– Use the chi’s power to turn tough battles in your favor by shuffling the board, healing yourself, or unleashing the fury of the heavens on your enemies
– Meet heroes and villains
– Historical characters from Romance of the Three Kingdoms like Guan Yu and Liu Bei will be your guides
– They’ll help you face off against threats like corrupt court officials, the mystical and rebellious Zhang brothers, a dastardly warlord

Well, this is rather unfortunate news! I figured we’d be getting the assets on Kingdom Hearts 3 in some of the coming months, judging by how long it’s been since the second one! Sure, we’ve had the little side-stories in between that have had the developers keeping busy, but come on, where’s the main installment?

27th September 2010 – Two of the best-loved – and certainly the hairiest – video game characters on the planet are set to make a roaring return this Christmas in Donkey Kong™ Country Returns. And, for the first time ever in the series, the primate pals can now face their foes side-by-side, courtesy of a new two-player mode.
Launching across Europe exclusively for the Wii console on 3rd December, Donkey Kong Country Returns offers the popular side-scrolling experience the series is known for, together with new levels, spectacular graphics and added depth to gameplay, courtesy of fully 3D environments – all of which are sure to delight both fans and series newcomers alike.
