Looks like this is an announcement of sorts for Pokemon Platinum. This is a bit of a letdown, but Nintendo has not been known for announcing new titles through emails.

A few days ago, rumors surfaced that Nintendo is in the process of developing a double USB hard drive. As was reported, the product would latch onto the back of the Wii so that it would look like a natural part of the system. Nintendo has, however, essentially shot down all gossip about the possible device. The company said today that the double USB hard drive talk is purely “rumour and speculation.”

“That’s right. But they’re not confirmed. I can’t really talk about them.” – Traveller’s Tales animator Charlotte Parker

“Am currently working as a Cutscene Animator on LEGO Harry Potter & LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull which are both in the early stages of production.” -Charlotte Parker’s CV

The information on Charlotte Parker’s CV has since been removed. I’d still consider this a rumor for now, but it does seem as though both LEGO Harry Potter and Lego Indiana Jones 2 are in development.

NEW INTERACTIVE DRIVING THEORY GUIDE FOR NINTENDO DS WILL SAVE LEARNER DRIVERS TIME AND MONEY

Avanquest Software Publishing, a leading consumer software and games publisher, has launched Pass Your Driving Theory Test for Nintendo DS to retail today. It is the essential interactive guide for those preparing to take their driving theory test. All 1265 official DSA questions are included for both cars and motorcycles, with users given the option to customise a revision schedule to fine tune their knowledge.

A theory test costs £30 and must be completed before learner drivers can take their practical examination. Almost 40% of those taking their theory test will fail*, which can result in having to reschedule a practical driving test. This in turn increases costs, wastes time and adds annoyance to an already stressful situation. For £19.99, Pass Your Driving Theory Test DS is a cost effective tool to ensure a first time pass.
