Capcom has provided a comment regarding the recent rumors on the likelihood of a SEGA vs. Capcom game. However, keep in mind that these words are on general terms, as the comments – believe it or not – came just a few short days before the rumor popped up.

“One never knows. We have a lot on our plates at the moment with SSF2THDR, SF4 and TvC on the fighting front. We’ll see what happens down the line.” – Christian Svensson, Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development

Hi, Nintendo Nerds!

Valay, Nintendo Everything’s owner is going to be away for a few hours.  So, while he’s gone, the website might be a little dead.  Shame on Valay for not having any technology around him in today’s world to take care of his precious website he’s obsessed with!  Nonetheless, I will try to take care of the website in the next few days, posting news stories, until he returns.  Though, if the website isn’t as active as usual, PLEASE do visit the website often because Valay will return and really, he will post a montage of stories to make up for the boring leave.

Anyway, grab a WiiMote, play the Wii or grab your DS and play that for hours and hours until Valay returns so you can keep visiting Nintendo Everything!

Though, as I said, I will try the best I can to satify you Nintendo Nerds with Nintendo related stories.

Late.

Although YouTube is aspiring to make itself known in the video game industry, the company does not have plans to become a game developer or publisher. Rather, the company is taking steps to become a video game distributor. A new YouTube set up will allow its visitors to buy video games through its website. An Amazon link will be added to some YouTube pages, in which, granted you click, you will be redirected to Amazon to buy the title in an instant. YouTube is looking for that extra revenue push, and knowing how many gamers flock to YouTube, I wouldn’t be surprised if this move assists the company in the end.

Exclusive Version of the Highly Anticipated Action Sports Game Hits Shelves This Winter

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Oct. 8, 2008

Snowboarding phenomenon and Target athlete Shaun White will be riding his way into Target stores this Winter with an exclusive edition of Ubisoft’s newest action sports title, Shaun White Snowboarding.

The special Target edition of the game, available on Xbox 360®, PLAYSTATION®3 and Wii™, will have exclusive extended content and features that consumers won’t be able to find anywhere else, including the Target Mountain – an entire mountain environment found only in the Target exclusive edition. Gamers will also be able to take advantage of exclusive jibs, additional scenes and more characters. Additionally, players will be able to cozy up in the game’s virtual version of the Target Chalet, the real-life mountainside home where Shaun and his fellow Target athletes hang out with friends and family at the annual Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado. Among other exclusive features, the Taget Chalet is the only indoor environment anywhere in the game.

Target guests are now able to purchase a $5 pre-sell card to ensure they’ll be shredding the mountain as soon as the exclusive version hits shelves.
“Shaun has been riding for Target for nearly seven years, so this exclusive version of Shaun White Snowboarding was a natural fit for our relationship with him,” said Troy Michels, Target Lifestyle Marketing. “It’s great to see the Target brand brought to life alongside Shaun in the game and we’re confident that Target guests and gamers will be eager to see what has come from our collaboration in the Target edition of Shaun White Snowboarding.”
