Princess Peach: Showtime was Nintendo’s big release for the month, but it settles for second place. Just over 100,000 copies were sold. Unicorn Overlord also cracks the top five.

Publisher PQube, along with developer Storybird Studio, today announced Beyond the Ice Palace 2. Look for it later in 2024.
Beyond the Ice Palace 2 is an action platformer in which players go on a journey of vengeance and redemption as the ‘Cursed King’ in hopes of reclaiming the throne in this action platformer. More information can be found in the following overview:
December 18: Today, SelectPlay announced that it’s working with Maniac Panda Games on a physical release of One Last Breath for Switch.
Unfortunately, specifics haven’t been shared. SelectaPlay says it will provide more information “in the coming weeks”.

Today, Sunsoft announced Sunsoft is Back: Retro Game Selection for Switch. A release is scheduled for April 18, 2024 in Japan – English support is planned for the future, so a western launch should be happening later.
Sunsoft is Back: Retro Game Selection includes three games from the 1980s – specifically Wings of Madura, 53 Stations of the Tokaido, and Ripple Island. Save and rewind functions are supported and a Gallery Mode is available.

Monster Theater recently found success on Kickstarter for Atomic Owl, its new neo-roguelite platformer. The $35,000 goal was met and a Switch version is confirmed.

The Switch version of Tchia now has a release date. Today, it was announced that the game launches for Nintendo’s console on June 27, 2024.
