Sonic Superstars getting Shadow costume

January 31: As a little bonus for fans, SEGA has announced that a Shadow costume will be made available in Sonic Superstars. This will be going live on February 15, 2024.
The costume can be equipped when playing in Story Mode. SEGA should be distributing it via a free update upon release.
Note that SEGA hasn’t actually provided a look at the costume. We’ll update this post if any images come in.
SEGA is offering the costume as a way of celebrating the just-revealed Sonic x Shadow Generations. The remaster includes a brand new story featuring Shadow the Hedgehog. In case you missed it, find the full news post here.
February 15: We have a first look at the costume below. Additionally, it just released on Switch. It’s being offered as free DLC on the eShop.
