Europe’s top 15 downloads on the Switch eShop for August 2023

In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for August 2023.
The Switch version of Red Dead Redemption proved popular having landed at #1. Also, despite launching at the very end of the month, Sea of Stars managed to appear at #12.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending September 2, 2023 is now available.
There’s not too much change in terms of Switch exclusives. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom slipped a spot each, but are both in the top five. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has moved up from #6 to #2.

Nintendo shared new data today revealing the top 20 best-selling games on the Japanese Switch eShop for August 2023.
Pikmin 4, a major release from last month, debuts at #1. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom hands in at #5. You might also be surprised to see Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, which was likely boosted from a sale.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending August 26, 2023 is now available.
Once again, it’s Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as the best-selling Switch game. It drops a spot, but is still #2 across all platforms. Elsewhere, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom moves up just slightly to #3.
